How we met
Jan 2011
At an INEC Voter's Registration Point somewhere in Ogbomoso . I was getting tired of the long queue due to delay from INEC staff during the January 2011 voter's reg, suddenly I sighted a beautiful damsel from afar and it feels like love at first sight BUT "That's never my style"; I replied my feelings and watch her walk down the road with the corners of my eyes unknown to me that she was actually coming to queue behind me; then I was absolutely unsettled with thoughts. The next surprise was an innocent voice behind me; "Good afternoon sir, pls are they not working again today?". I managed to reply with a wonderful smile "Ahh, nope they promised to start soon" and then my day started shaping up as we engage in chats....she was so friendly. Unfortunately, I misplaced her mobile digits that same day until after 4 months when fortune brought her my way again after a long search, this time around I got more acquainted and never to let go again.
The Proposal

She took me out for our birthday hang-out in November 2016, it was actually a day for two until my friends started coming around with cameras and smiles....then I voiced it "Will You Marry Me?"....of course she said "Yes".
